The caring and compassionate professionals of South Oaks Hospital’s Evaluation and Admission team provide guidance to individuals requiring treatment for all acute psychiatric illness.

South Oaks Hospital’s Evaluation and Admission office is staffed from 9:00 am to midnight to handle inquiries and schedule appointments. All evaluations are performed by appointment, in person by qualified mental health professionals, and can provide same-day admission.

Confidential information regarding evaluation and admission from our staff is available to all referrals, including hospitals, emergency rooms, skilled nursing homes, adult residential facilities, community physicians, schools and direct self/family referrals.
